New Deal funded

Moses is investing in real estate. He wants to complete constructing his rental apartments from which he will improve his income.

Ambitious project - Uganda needs more of these kind of entrepreneurs.

Invested 50 euro at an interest rate at 19.75
A high rate, but it is a risky project.

New deal funded

Chris Kaija runs a real estate business developing rental properties and is now developing a lodge.

This seems a bit riskier, but my guess is that Mr. Kaija has the drive to make this project a succes. Mr. Kaija is thinking big - I would like to support that kind of thinking.

30 Euros invested at 16.75%

New Deal funded

Teresia Kamiru wants to grow her real estate business that she took over 10 years ago when her husband died. This seems like a rocksolid investment.

30 Euros invested at 13.75%

My first MYC4-deal

I have invested 30 euros at 13.75% in Betty Nakyanja

Betty is a University Teacher and she also runs a poultry farm. My main focus is investing in real estate, but Mrs. Nakyanja seems to be serious person. Good luck upgrading your poultry structure.

Teresia Kamiru gets 20 more

since I got my 20 euros back from the Baker-deal I made a bid on Teresia Kamirus real estate project. I have allready made a bid on this project 30 euros at an interest rate at 15.75

My new bid is 20 euros and a whopping 19.75 % rate.

This bid is probably getting pushed out but a couple of investors has made a big chunk of 20% bids - they are going to get pushed out before my bid. Maybe I am lucky and my bid will make it to the end.

Interest rates are going down

At this very moment all the "final calls" (opportunities very close to end bidding period) are below 10% in average interest rate. Good news for the lenders - not so good news for the borrowers hence 9% of the loans default.

It looks like political correctness rules the myc4 platform. The "good guys" gets the good interests and the "bad guys" especially real estate investors are met by higher rates.

I really dont care - by providing the funds for the "bad guys" i am a part of funding their childrens schooling and improving the familys livingstandard.

And since I will reinvest the "bad guys" repayments helps other familys etc. etc.
